Peggy,

Thank you for sharing with with me. It is wonderful that you walking down memory lane with your dad. Good memories are what life is made of. I love sharing memories with my kids. All you need to do is to keep your eyes on the Master of Life. May His grace and love continue to overflow your entire family.

I've pulled up your web site. I'll spend more time on it shortly. And thank you for the offer of the book of Matthew.

My address is, 290 Pearce Road, Pineville, Louisiana 71360. (Lawrence 'Buddy' Martin)

Your fellowship pilgrim,

Pastor Buddy,
I found it a 'God thing' for me to come across your blog this morning, with my father of 84 fighting lymphoma in the hospital this morning. Your blog was an inspiration two fold. He may not receive the kind of healing you received, but by God's grace, he will be healed and we are enjoying making memories with him everyday.

In my professional role, I'm the assistant business manager for a new Bible translation called the Common English Bible found under www.commonenglish.com. I would love to send you a sample of The Gospel of Matthew that just became available in December. The New Testament will be available this fall and the full Bible in fall of 2011. Please reply with a mailing address and I'll be happy to mail it to you for your feedback.

Sincerely,

Peggy Shearon
